CPGS is the abbreviation of College Of Postgraduate Studies which is an academic publisher of 
                            open access journals. It also publishes academic books and conference proceedings. CPGS currently runs

                Manuscript Submission
                
                
                            All papers must be submitted through our online submission system, in which the paper 
                            status can easily be tracked. Alternatively, has a temporary option, manuscripts can be submitted directly to: 
                            humanities.law.cpgs@babcock.edu.ng. A new user should register with a new Username & 
                            Password to submit. All figures and tables should be combined with the text as a single 
                            MS Word for submission.
                        
                    
                            You are suggested to format your manuscript according to our standard template. However, if 
                            you do not know how to do it, please just prepare your manuscript as required by the Guideline. 
                            You can find basic instructions under Authors Guidelines, Manuscript Preparation. Papers should be 
                            submitted to us through our Paper Submission System in MS Word format.
                        
                    
                        Papers submitted for assessment and publication must be original, between 3500 and 8000 words (15 pages maximum).
                        For articles in excess of 15 pages, a mandatory page charge of N 1,000 per extra page will be required beyond 15 pages.    
                        Quality is the most important criteria for the acceptance of a paper. However, for the 
                        benefit of peer-reviewers and readers papers should be as concise as possible.
